Instructions to make Apam Mekar Pelangi:
  1. Pukul telur, gula, ovallete & perisa durian dgn high speed selama 10 minit hingga kembang & gebu (bila di angkat adunan lambat jatuh) Kemudian, masukkan air aiskrim soda & tepung gandum. Pukul lagi selama 2 minit hingga sebati
  2. Bahagikan adunan kpd 6 bahagian. Campur dgn warna berlainan & masukkan ke dlm piping bag. Picit ke dlm papercup ikut warna pelangi..dimulai dgn warna unggu di bahgian bawah..kemudian biru, hijau, kuning, jingga & merah di bahagian atas. Picit pula dgn semua warna pelangi tadi spt di dlm gambar.
  3. Panaskan pengukus hingga betul2 mendidih. Kukus dgn api paling besar selama 10 minit. Tips utk dapatkan apam yg mekar setaman : 1- Pukul adunan hingga betul2 kembang & gebu 2- Isi air di dlm pengukus 2-3 inci saja 3- Air betul2 panas & mendidih 4- Jarakkan apam, jangan terlalu dekat antara satu sama lain 5- Jangan buka penutup pengukus hingga sebelum cukup masanya 6- Acuan apam mestilah luas supaya apam dpt merekah/mekar dgn mudah
