Get π 3-4 titik pewarna hijau
Get (saya campur pewarna hijau dgn pewarna kuning telur)
Instructions to make Serimuka Pandan:
Lapisan Bawah : Sapu minyak pd loyang 10 x 10 & alas dgn plastik. Masukkan beras pulut, santan & garam. Kacau & ratakan. Kukus 30 minit
Lapisan Atas : Kacau semua bahan2 & tapiskan ke dlm kuali. Kacau hingga naik wap saja. Bila pulut sudah masak, rata & tekankan hingga padat. Kemudian tuang adunan hijau tadi perlahan2. Kukus semula 35 minit. Balut penutup pengukus dgn kain supaya air tidak menitik di atas kuih. Buka penutup & kukus lagi 5 minit supaya permukaan serimuka licin & bebas drp wap air
Sejukkan dulu dlm peti ais 2 jam baru di potong dgn menggunakan pisau plastik @ spatula
