  4. Bila dah garing & pecah minyak, tambah 200ml air lagi. Kacau sampai pecah minyak lagi. Tambah baki air. Kacau.
  5. Bila dah mendidih, perasakan garam, asam jawa dan gula. Kacau sebati.
  6. Masukkan ikan dan terung. Kacau perlahan dan biar mereneh sampai ikan masak. Tambah tomato.
  7. Kacau sekejap dan terus tutup api. Siap.
