  1. Goreng kacang di dlm minyak hingga masak & keperangan. Toskan, blend agak kasar. Rebus ketupat nasi selama 1 jam hingga masak
  2. Kuah Kacang ~ Basuh cili kering & sangai hingga sedikit perang. Blend bahan2 bertanda * bersama cili kering hingga halus
  3. Tumis bahan2 blend tadi dgn serai hingga pecah minyak. Campur pes asam jawa. Kacau. Masukkan kacang, air & asam keping. Kacau seketika. Masukkan gula melaka/nissang, gula & garam. Biarkan mendidih & kuah pekat
  4. Sayur Lodeh ~ Potong semua sayur2, iaitu lobak, bunga kobis, jagung muda & kacang pjg. Ketepikan. Blend pula bahan2 bertanda * hingga halus
  5. Didihkan santan, air bersama bahan2 blend, serai & tauhu. Masukkan sayur2. Kacau hingga lembut. Biasanya saya campur cendawan hitam sekali, tapi tak jumpa pula kt kedai. Kalau nk letak, rendam dulu cendawan hitam di dlm air panas hingga kembang. Perasakan dgn garam & masukkan suhun skali. Kacau rata. Hidangkan nasi himpit bersama kuah kacang & kuah lodeh
