  5. Masukkan 1/3 adunan meringue ke dalam adunan cheese dan gaul menggunakan kaedah "kaup balik". Jangan terlebih kaup ye! Kemudian tuangkan ke dalam baki adunan meringue tadi. Teruskan gaul menggunakan kaedah kaup balik.
  6. Kemudian, lapikkan loyang dengan kertas baking dan letakkan kotak di sekeliling loyang. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan ambil lidi dan lorek adunan tersebut. Seterusnya, hentakkan loyang sebanyak dua kali untuk buang gelembung udara yang besar. Bakar kek menggunakan kaedah "steam bath" pada suhu 150°C selama 20 minit (bergantung kepada oven masing²).
  7. Apabila kek sudah masak, hentakkan loyang sebanyak dua kali bagi menggelakkan kek daripada mengecut. Kemudian keluarkan kek dari loyang, dan biarkan ia sejuk. Bolehla hias ikut kreativiti masing² nak tabur gula aising ke😊
