  7. Masukkan adunan tadi dalam 3 senduk kecil (7-8 sudu makan) untuk lapisan pertama. Kukis dalam 7-10 minit atau adunan agak2 masak.
  8. Susun hawflakes di atas adunan pertama tadi, dan lapis dengan adunan seterusnya. Buat lapisan hingga habis.
  9. Lapisan terakhir, masak sehingga adunan masak. Cucuk guna pencucuk lidi. Kalau tak melekat kat lidi, maksudnya kek dah masak.
  10. Air panas kena standby awal, untuk refill air pengukus tadi. (bagi yang guna pengukus api)
  11. Sejukkan dahulu kek, baru potong. Kalau nak kek tahan lama, bakar sekejap dalam ketuhar guna api atas bawah. Dalam 10-15 minit pada suhu 160°C.
