Take 70 gm coklat putih
Get 1/4 tsp serbuk nescafe/kopi (Optional)
Make ready (Tujuan untuk Drizzle sahaja ye bukan tuang mcm dalam gambar sy)

Cairkan mentega dan kacau sebati.
Gaul bersama biskut dan tekan padat dalam loyang kemudian sejukkan seketika dalam peti.
Pukul krim cheese dengan susu pekat serta esen vanilla sehingga kembang. Selepas itu masukkan gula aising yg sudah diayak.
Kemudian masukkan pula whipping krim yg telah di pukul kembang terlebih dahulu.
Jika suka bolehla masukkan crumble biskut tiger yg diramas hancur. Part ni OPTIONAL ye nak letak boleh. X letak pun x pe biskut hancur tu.
Sekarang bolehla tuang adunan kedalam loyang yang berisi biskut tadi. Sejukkan kek semalaman dalam peti atau selama 3 to 4 jam. Untuk bagi cheese keras secukupnya.
Selepas kek di chill kan. Boleh la sediakan sos karamel pula.Jika suka boleh tuang sos karamel atas kek TAPI JANGAN BANYAK nanti kek runtuh. Sebenarnye sos ni sesuai untuk drizzle. Tapi kakak dh terlajak tuang pulak adeh! Jangan tiru aksi kakak ye. Dan kakak terlupa tabur biskut hancur sebagai hiasan.
