Instructions to make Roti Jala Rose:
(Roti Jala) Kacau semua bahan2 kecuali pewarna. Tapiskan
Bahagikan 3 bahagian & campur pewarna. Masukkan adunan merah & kuning ke dlm botol muncung 3, manakala adunan hijau di masukkan ke dlm botol muncung 1.
Panaskan non stick pan. Guna api perlahan. Jala/gariskan adunan merah dulu secara melintang. Kemudian, titikkkan adunan hijau di bahagian atas sisi garisan tadi menjadi spt daun. Jarakkan, titik sekali lagi. Biar 2-3 minit hingga masak. x perlu terbalikkan. Angkat & gulung menjadi bunga.
Saya guna non stick pan yg agak kecil..jadi saya buat 2 jala spt di dlm gambar. Kene gulung & sambungkan kedua2nya utk dapatkan banyak kelopak & bunga menjadi besar, jadi ia akan jadi lebih cantik. Buat utk adunan kuning sekali setelah habis adunan merah
(Kari Ayam) Panaskan minyak. Tumis kulit kayu manis, cengkih, pelaga & bunga lawang & serai. Kacau seketika. Masukkan rempah kari & daun kari. Tumis hingga pecah minyak. Masukkan air asam jawa & kacau rata.
Campur santan & air. Bila sudah mendidih, masukkan ayam. Kacau sentiasa hingga ayam masak. Masukkan pula kentang, garam & gula. Masak hingga ayam sedikit empuk
