  1. Sediakan semua bahan.
  2. Panaskan minyak.
  3. Tumis bahan 1 sehingga naik bau lebih kurang 6 minit
  4. Masukkan bahan tumis 2, tumis selama 6 minit (sentiasa kacau supaya tidak hangit)
  5. Masukkan bahan tumis 3 + 200 ml air, biarkan seketika sekitar 5minit
  6. Masukkan bahan tumis 4, kacau dalam 3 minit.
  7. Masukkan ayam, bunga kubis, ketiak jagung, lobak merah gaul rata dan tambah 700ml air. Renehkan untuk 25 minit
  8. Masukkan 600ml air, baki sayur, udang dan selaraskan rasa dengan garam atau serbuk secukup rasa. Didihkan lagi selama 10 minit
  9. Masukkan daun ketumbar dan daun sup. Kacau seketika dan tutup api.
