Take 1 batang lobak merah potong panjang panjang
Prepare 3 biji kentang potong dadu
Take 2 batang cili besar potong separuh
Get Bahan 6
Make ready 120 ml santan
Take Garam, gula, secukup rasa
Instructions to make Kurma Ayam:
Sediakan semua bahan. Bahan yang optional tu saya tak masukkan sebab kat umah ni ada yang tak makan sayur🤣
Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan 1 sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan bahan 2 biarkan garing.
Masukkan bahan 3, bahan 4 dan bahan 5. Renehkan selama 25 minit. Jangan lupa kacau!
Lastly masukkan bahan 6. Imbangkan rasa. Renehkan dalam 5 minit smbil kacau. SIAP!.
