  1. Masukkan pes yang dikisar, pes segera(adabi or yg dalam gamba ni)dan akar ketumbar dan tumiskan smpi pecah minyak
  2. Dah pecah minyak tambahkan air sedikit kemudian letak daun limau purut,serai,bawang putih dan ayam. Biarkan smpi mendidih.
  3. Letak dalam 4 sudu garam dan 2 sudu gula (ikut kandungan air) dan tambah sayur yang dinginkan. Biar mendidih dan siap!
