  4. Ambil 1 sdm adonan, pipihkan di tangan lalu beri isian mozarella, tutup rapat dan bentuk bulat, gulingkan di tepung terigu kering lalu celup ke telur kocok, gulingkan ke tepung roti, lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  5. Simpan bitterballen di kulkas dulu sebelum digoreng agar tepung roti menempel dengan sempurna, lalu goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kuning keemasan, pakai api kecil saja ya supaya tidak gosong.
  6. Angkat lalu tiriskan.
  7. Bitterballen ini lebih nikmat dimakan dengan sos sambal atau mayonaise, so yummi..
