  1. Goreng ikan yang telah diperap paling kurang 15 minit. Agak garing boleh angkat dan asingkan.
  2. Ricik halus bawang putih dan cili padi. Potong dadu bawang Holand. Sayur-sayuran dipotong memanjang. Daun ketumbar buang hujung batang.
  3. Guna sebahagian minyak dari gorengan ikan untuk menumis. Tumis bawang dan cili kisar dulu biar naik minyak dan masukkan bawang Holand, bawang putih serta cili padi. Biar seketika, masukkan jus limau dan setengah cawan air. Bila mendidih masukkan sayuran. Masak sehingga sayuran agak lembut. Sebelum tutup api, masukkan daun ketumbar. Boleh juga daun ketumbar ni ditabur selepas masak.
