Steps to make Kek Batik Indulgence:
  1. Masukkan butter dalam kuali atau periuk dan cairkan dengan api perlahan.
  2. Bila butter dah cair,masukkan serbuk milo dan serbuk koko gaul dengan cepat untuk mgelakkan adunan berketul-ketul.
  3. Masukkan pula susu pekat, susu cair telur, esen vanila dan garam kemudian kacau perlahan smpai pekat.
  4. Masukkan pula biskut marie yang telah Dipatah-patahkan tadi, Gaul sehingga sebati dan bolehla masukkan kedalam loyang.
  5. Lapik loyang dengan baking paper. Masa tengah panas ni, tekan adunan kek batik supaya padat. Sejukkan pada suhu bilik..sementara kek sejuk bolehla buat topping cheese pula.
  6. Pukul Cream Cheese pada kelajuan sederhana, sampai sedikit gebu.
  7. Kemudian masukkan Whipping cream, gula icing, esen vanila dan gelatin yg telah dicairkan menggunakan 50mls air panas tadi..Pukul adunan sehingga sebati dan kental.
  8. Tuang cream cheese tadi ke atas kek batik,ratakan dan sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk selama 30 minit.
  9. Untuk Topping coklat pula..Cairkan dark coklat guna kaedah double boiler kemudian masukkan whipping cream, butter dan esen vanila gaul hingga sebati dan tuang ke atas lapisan cream cheese. Ratakan.
  10. Langkah terakhir sejukkan kek didalam peti sejuk semalaman supayah kek betul-betul set. Bila kek dah sejuk, keluarkan dari loyang, potong dan bolehla dihidangkan bersama seisi keluarga..
  11. Tips supayah potongan kek cantik dan xmelekat..rendam pisau ke dalam air panas lebih kurang 1minit, lap kering dan bolehla potong kek..selamat mencuba..😊
