  1. Masuk semua bahan dalam tin BM. Tekan no.10 mode Dough. Nota = Sy tak letak garam sebab marjerin pelangi dah masin. Pastikan guna yis yg segar.
  2. Cukup setakat 25 minit sahaja (berbaki 1 jam 5 minit tertera di skrin), matikan BM. Mula kan uli sekali lagi juga sampai 25 minit sahaja dengan mode yg sama, no. 10 Dough.
  3. Nota = Guna BM perlu uli 2x (25 minit + 25 minit). Perlu matikan BM secara manual dan ulang lagi sekali.
  4. Bila dah habis uli 25 minit yg kedua, tumbuk doh utk keluarkan angin. Terus bentuk kan doh. Jarakkan dan tutup dengan plastik, rehatkan 10 minit. Doh akan kembang 2x masa rehat dan masa digoreng.
  5. Sy timbang 40g setiap satu doh, rounding seperti doh roti supaya bulat licin. Sentiasa alas tangan dan loyang dengan tepung sebab doh agak melekit.
  6. Angkat doh guna sudip, sebab kalau terkena jari akan kempis. Masukkan ke dalam minyak yg telah dipanaskan. Minyak perlu banyak. Api mesti kecil. Balik kan cuma sekali sahaja bila muka bawah kelihatan perang. Nota = Jika di balik-balik kan donat akan menyerap minyak.
  7. Tos dan biarkan 2-3 minit sebelum di tabur gula. Gunakan "dusting sugar" atau kastor. Sy guna gula biasa sebab dah kehabisan dusting sugar.
