  1. Tumbuk bwng merah,bwng putih.lepas tu masukkan serbuk Kari tumbuk sekali & Gaul rata.
  2. Perap ayam 1 jam.
  3. Panaskan minyak,Tumiskan bahan tumbuk td & daun Kari smpai Naik bau.
  4. Masukkan ayam & Kacau smpai isi ayam Masak.Lpas tu masukkan air santan.saya guna air santan & sedikit air & Kacau.
  5. Biarkan smpai minyak pecah.Tambahkan garam, ajinomoto,sedikit gula.Kacau lagi.
  6. Minyak dah pecah blh masukkan kentang smpai kentang lembut.Dah Masak blh lah hidangkan.
