Steps to make Nasi Ayam:
  1. (Sup Ayam) Satukan ayam, air & semua bhn2 di dlm periuk bsr kecuali daun bawang. Rebus hingga ayam masak & empuk. Tapiskan sup. Buang semua rempah2 tumis & bhn2 sup tadi, biarkan sup kosong utk kuah & utk nasi nanti. Utk kuah, panaskan semula sup & campur daun bawang. (Nasi)Cairkan marjerin dlm periuk rice cooker di atas api dulu. Tumis kulit kayu manis, cengkih, bawang2, halia, serai & daun pandan hingga naik bau. Masukkan beras, stok ayam/sup tadi, garam & pewarna kuning. Masak dlm rice cooker
  2. (Sambal Cili) Satukan semua bhn2 & masak di atas api sekejap hingga agak pekat. Biarkan suam, baru perah dgn limau nipis. (Sambal Kicap) Tumbuk bawang putih & cili api. Campur kicap & sos cili. Kacau rata. (Ayam Kicap Madu) Gaul ayam bersama kicap, sos tiram & madu. Perap 1-2 jam. Goreng secara deep fryer di dlm minyak hingga garing. Setelah masak ketuk sedikit ayam supaya lembut & senang di makan
  3. Hidangkan nasi bersama sos2 & bahan2 sampingan
