  6. Panaskan minyak masak(bahan C),goreng vadai.Biarkan bahagian bawahnya kekuningan @ garing sebelum diterbalikkan.Ini untuk mengelakkan vadai hancur.
  7. Angkat dan toskan.Sedap dimakan ketika masih panas.Dimakan begitu sahaja atau bersama sos cili.
