Kisar bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia dengan 1/2 cawan air sampai lumat. Panaskan minyak dan butter. Tumis daun kari, serai, akar ketumbar, dan sebiji tomato didadu.
Tambah daun bay dan 4 sekawan. Kacau sampai naik bau. Masukkan bahan kisar dan serbuk kari. Kacau sampi semua garing dan pecah minyak.
Tambah 1/2 cawan air dan perasa dengan garam dan gula. Kacau dan biar mendidih.
Masukkan susu cair. Kacau dan biar mendidih. Masukkan ketam dan terung. Kacau dan biarkan ketam 70% masak.
Keluarkan ketam. Kacau dan bir kuah kering sedikit. Tambah beras dan 2 cawan air. Kacau sampai sebati.
Susun semula ketam, belah 4 sebiji tomato dan tabur sekali dengan lada besar hijau.
Letak daun ketumbar dan susun telur rebus. Kecilkan api, biar sehingga nasi masak.
