Panaskan oven pada suhu 170 dan masa set 20 minit. Seterusnya kita siapkan bancuhan kek. Masukkan minyak, gula, telur dan garam ke dalam bekas mixer. Putarkan bahan2 hingga kembang dan gula hancur.
Setelah kembang, masuk pisang yang telah dilenyekkan/hancurkan bersama jus lemon. Gaul sebati.
Masukkan bahan kering dan gaul sebati. Sediakan loyang dan sapu dengan butter dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan taburkan gula perang atas nya (jika suka). Nak letak hirisan pisang pun boleh.
Bakar dalam oven selama 40minit atau hingga masak. Kalau oven takde boleh juga guna pengukus. Kukus selama 1 jam.
