  11. Putar sehingga kembang dan masukkan butter sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi buttercream y licin lagi gebu. Paipkan dalam piping bag.
  12. Utk sirap gula melaka, mix semua bahan dan masak sehingga sedikit likat. Sejukkan.
  13. Paipkan Swiss Meringue Buttercream atas kek y dipotong. Lelehkan sirap gula melaka dan hias dengan kekacang atau kelapa goreng.
