  1. Ayak tepung, serbuk koko, baking powder & baking soda
  2. Dalam bekas lain masukkan telur, minyak, brown sugar, esen vanilla, gula pasir & butter milk. Gaul bersama hingga gula melarut. Kemudian masukkan garam
  3. Masukkan bahan kering yang diayak tadi.
  4. Masukkan bancuhan nescafe
  5. Tuang separuh adunan ke dalam bekas plastic. Kukus dengan api sederhana selama 20-30 minit. Setelah masak keluarkan dari bekasnya.
  6. Campurkan 50 gm dairy whipping cream dan susu pekat. Masak menggunakan api kecil. Matikan api apabila muncul buih-buih kecil.
  7. Masukkan adunan whipping cream tadi ke dalam white choc yang di potong kecil. Kacau hingga white choc mencair.
  8. Dalam bekas lain masukkan cream cheese & lenyek sehingga gebu. Kemudian masukkan adunan white choc. Gaul rata. Masukkan lemon jus.
  9. Bekas lain masukkan 400gm whipping cream. Putar hingga kembang & soft peak. Kemudian masukkan adunan cream cheese tadi. Gaul sebati. Kemudian simpan sebentar di dalam peti sejuk.
  10. Ambil adunan kek yang telah dimasak. Potong kek kepada 2 bahagian.
  11. Masukkan semula potongan kek ke dalam bekas. Kemudian lapiskan dengan frosting cream. Letak lagi selapis potongan kek kemudian lapiskan lagi sekali dengan frosting cream. Ratakan & simpan di dalam peti sejuk selama 20 minit.
  12. Masa untuk menyediakan choc ganache pula. Panaskan 350 gm whipping cream. Apabila sudah naik buih masukkan ke dalam bekas dark choc. Gaul sehingga choc larut. Kemudian masukkan butter.
  13. Biarkan sejuk seketika. Kemudian tuangkan ke atas lapisan cream cheese tadi.
  14. Hiaskan dengan choc chip / hias mengikut kreativiti masing-masing. Simpan semula ke dalam peti sejuk selama 1 jam.
