  1. Make ready 1 tin jagung ala krim / jagung manis
  2. Take 2 biji telur gred A/B

  6. Get 1/2 cawan tepung kastard
  7. Get 3/4 gula

Steps to make Bingka Jagung:
  1. Sediakan bahan-bahan.
  2. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 190-200C terlebih dahulu. Sekurangnya 10 minit sebelum memasukkan adunan kita nanti.
  3. Saya guna jagung manis dalam tin, untuk lebih mudah boleh guna jagung ala krim, tak perlu tapis dan kisar, terus boleh guna. Jika guna jagung manis dalam tin seperti saya, tapiskan dulu jagung dan buang airnya. Kemudian, kisar separa hancur dengan campurkan dengan sedikit air.
  4. Kemudian, campurkan kesemua bahan ke dalam mangkuk adunan. Kacau sebati.
  5. Sediakan loyang 8"untuk membakar, loyang 6" juga boleh tapi nanti bingka akan lebih tinggi. Oleskan mentega di dasar dan di keliling tepi loyang.
  6. Tuangkan kesemua adunan ke dalamnya.
  7. Masukkan ke dalam ketuhar dan bakar pada suhu 190-200C selama 1jam atau sehingga masak keperangan. Bingka cukup masak apabila ianya tidak melekat pada tepi loyang, cucuk dengan lidi untuk pastikan ianya masak. Serta permukaan dan tepi bingka akan bewarna keperangan.
  8. Sedia untuk dihidangkan. Saya suka makan ketika ianya masih suam-suam. Memang enak.
