Instructions to make Makaroni Bakar:
Bahan-bahan. Pakai dua jenis cheese. Satu chesdale, yang petak tu, satu lagi cheddar cheese jenama Beqa, yang parut dalam mangkuk tu. Kalau nak effect tarik-tarik tu, boleh pakai mozarella cheese.
Makaroni tu rebus dengan sikit garam. Masak sampai kembang & tapis air.
Masukkan marjerin. Pakai butter sedap lagi kut. Since takde butter, marjerin pun jadi lah ahak 🤗. Masukkan bawang merah + bawang putih yang dicincang. Sampai naik bau. Masukkan daging kisar.
Masukkan lada sulah + oregano. Sukatan, agak-agak. Masukkan juga susu kotak. Saya pakai full cream brand Magnolia. Letakkan makaroni yang direbus. Gaul-gaul sebati.
Dah masuk semua, cuba rasa. Kalau dah cukup garam, okay stop. Kalau belum cukup masin, boleh letak garam sikit. Akhir sekali, masukkan kiub pati ayam + cili merah hiris. Gaul lagi.
Tutup api & letak tepi. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebijik. Letak satu telur, kemudian gaul. Lepastu masukkan lagi sebiji, gaul lagi.
Masukkan separuh daripada bekas dahulu. Taburkan cheese cheddar. Sy pakai cheese beqa, parut sikit. Tak kisah la parut keluar bentuk macam mana pun, nanti dia cair juga. Koyakkan chesdale.
Lepas masuk cheese, masuk makaroni lagi. Lepastu on top, letakkan chesdale yang dikoyak-koyak + cheddar cheese parut. Panas oven dahulu. Kemudian bakar suhu 180°c selama 40 minit (bergantung oven masing-masing).
Dah cukup masa, tapi atas belum garing lagi. So buka api atas sahaja for 10 minit. Sambil-sambil tu intai-intai laa oven, kang hangit, menangis bucu meja jelah 👻.
On top, letak lah sos cili + mayonnaise. Ikut suka masing-masing. Dah siap! Makaroni bakar 😍!
