(Stim Susu):

  1. Sapu garam dan siram ikan dengan perahan limau nipis bhgn luar dan dalam ikan..taburkan bawang putih dan cili di bhgn bawah dan atas ikan.
  2. Stimkan ikan,10 minit @ sehingga separuh masak.
  3. Tuangkan bancuhan susu pekat manis. Stimkan bbrp 5-10 minit lagi.
  4. Optional:Bunga kubis, carrot atau sayur lain di stim secara berasingan supaya rasa sayur tu tak kacau rasa pure kuah stim ikan tu. Letak sayur bila ikan dah masak. Saya mmg tak letak sos ikan@sotong.
