Ikan Siakap dipotong dua bahagian.Kelar dan lumur hingga rata dengan 1 camca besar Sunflower Oil,1 camca besar lada hitam tumbuk dan 1 camca teh Garam Gunung Saji.Perap dalam 30 minit.
Sementara itu panaskan kuali non stick dengan api kecil.Masukkan marjerin,masak hingga marjerin cair.
Masukkan bawang putih cincang,masak hingga kekuningan.Tutup api,angkat dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk kecil.
Campurkan dengan daun ketumbar cincang,kacau hingga bercampur-rata.Ketepikan.
Panaskan kuali yang sama,bakar Ikan Siakap dengan kuali tertutup dan api kecil.
