  1. Potong ikan. Belah ikan dan keluarkan bahagian tulang. Potong ikan kecil-kecil. (Simpan bahagian kepala untuk masakan lain)
  2. Gaulkan ikan dengan garam, tepung jagung dan tepung ubi kayu sehingga bersalut. Goreng dan ketepikan.
