  5. Masak kuah biar agak lama dengan api sederhana supaya kuah kicap meresap dalam daging dan cendawan. Perasakan dengan gula. (Kicap dah masin..tayah taruk garam dah).
  6. Dalam hot plate@kuali non-stick@kuali ape2 pun boleh,sendukkan sedikit kuah kicap,masukkan yee mee,sawi dan pecahkan telur. Tambahkan kuah kicap atas mee tadi ikut suka banyak mana. Masak sampai yee mee lembut sikit..(terbayang abang food court tengah buat sizzling..laju betul tgn dia simbah kuah atas hot plate😅)
  7. Siap untuk dimakan..

Tuang kuah secukupnya dan biarkan mendidih (sizzle). Bila mee lembut serta telur separuh masak, angkat hotplate dan bolehlah dihidangkan. Yee mee - celur separuh masak. Sendukkan kuah yang dah siap ke dalam kuali kecik. Kemudian pecahkan telur dan masukkan sawi.
