Instructions to make Mee goreng:
  1. Sy goreng fishball dlu pastu letak dalam pinggan. Dada ayam pm macm tu sbb sy suke yg betul2 masak dn xsuke fishball lembik.
  2. Pecahkan telur di dalam kuali dan jadikan telur hancur. Masukkan sambal belacan sikit kacau sebati. Cili giling letak satu sudu je pastu tmbah air sikit kacau2 sebati lagi.. Sy letak sikit je cili giling sbb xnak pedas. Cili kisar pm boleh gune.
  3. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili, kicap pekat, kicap manis dan air agak2.. Biarkan menggelegak seketika.
  4. Masukkan carrot, kubis, baby jagung, ayam dh goreng, fishball dh goreng n fishcake.. Kacau sebati semuanya. Sy tmbah air lg..
  5. Last sekali, masukkan 1 paket mee kuning xkisah jenis apa.. Mee kuning ni sy dh rendam dalam air panas sekejap pastu toskan air. Org cakap kene buang dlu kuning mee bru boleh masak.. Kacau la bg semuanya sebati sy tmbah lg kicap manis pastu perasakan dengan garam..
  6. Nota : masukkan je semua jenis sayuran dan lauk yg korang suke.. Kicap manis plak sy tmbah ikut rase tekak.. kicap pekat satu sudu je sbb xnak wane pekat sngat..
