  7. ~masukkan kicap pekat.(kalau warna kurang gelap bole tambahkan lagi ye) kacau rata.. biar ia mendidih
  8. ~masukkan sos tiram.. masukkan cili sos.. kacau lagi hingga sebati..
  9. ~rasa kuahnya.. jika kurang rasa bole tambah lagi sedikit garam.. tambahkan juga sedikit perisa jika suka (ajinomoto)
  10. ~masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung sedikit demi sedikit.. sambil terus mengacau.. kuah ikut selera kita nak pekat macam mana.. kalau Aznie suka kuah yang pekat.. kalau kurang pekat bole tambah lagi air bancuhan tepung jagung ye..
  11. ~biar ia mendidih sambil terus mengacau.. perlahankan api.. biarkan seketika ia mereneh.. kejap je dalam dua tiga minit.. siap.. bole la dihidangkan bersama bahan pelengkap…
