Bahan Stok Sup : Masukkan dashi ke dalam periuk air. Didihkan dalam 15 minit hingga dashi larut. (Jika tiada dashi boleh rebuskan rumpai kelp dan segenggam ikan bilis atau rebusan stok ayam. Tapis bahan dan gunakan kuah supnya).
Bahan Chili Oil Seasoning : Gaulkan gochugaru bersama minyak bijan. Ketepikan.
Sediakan bahan-bahan bagi makanan laut, dan sayuran. Tumbuk halus bawang putih dan halia.
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan halia hingga naik bau. Masukkan serbuk gochugaru dan gaulkan sebati. Jangan terlalu lama takut gochugaru hangit. Masukkan bawang holland yang dihiris.
Campurkan terus bahan sayuran kecuali sawi bokchoy. Gaulkan sebati hingga naik aroma.
Masukkan stok sup ke dalam sayuran yang ditumis tadi. Kemudian tambah bahan makanan laut. Didihkan seketika.
Setelah mendidih masukkan sawi bokchoy dan cili merah untuk pedas. Tutup periuk seketika dan kecilkan api. Biarkan mendidih dalam 5 minit.
Kemudian, masukkan sos ikan dan garam. Akhir sekali masukkan chili oil seasoning. Gaul sebati. Tutup api.
Sementara itu, celurkan mee dalam air panas. Angkat dan toskan airnya.
Masukkan mee ke dalam mangkuk dan tambahkan kuah jjamppong ke dalam mangkuk. Makan bersama hirisan danmuji. Selamat mencuba
