  8. Adukkan batter cake (B) bersama meringue (C) menggunakan kaedah kaub balik sedikit demi sedikit. Ulang sampai habis.
  9. Alas bahagian bawah loyang 8 inch dengan baking paper. Masukkan batter cake dalam loyang. Ratakan bahagian permukaan kek dengan menggunakan lidi satey. Hentakkan sedikit supaya gelembung udara pecah.
  10. Bakar suhu 140°c selama 35 minit. Naikkan suhu 165°c selama 5 minit tanpa membuka pintu oven
  11. Sementara menunggu kek dibakar, sediakan cream cheese nya. Masukkan semua bahan dalam periuk, sebatikan. Masak dengan api perlahan hingga menjadi likat. Sejukkan

  13. Masukkan milk tea custards (D) ke dalam topping cream (E) yang diputar tadi. Putar lagi hingga sebati.
  14. Bila kek dah masak sejukkan atas redai. Letakkan plastik di sekeliling bahagian tepi kek.
  15. Tuangkan cream cheese dan sagat cheddar block di bahagian atas kek.
