The ingredients needed to make Pavlova❤️:
  1. Prepare 4 biji putih telur (120-180g)
  2. Get 3/4 cwn gula kastor
  3. Get 1 st cuka masakan/lemon juice
  4. Make ready 1 sb tepung jagung
  5. Prepare 1 st esen vanila
  6. Make ready Whipped cream/fresh cream
  7. Take Buah-buahan (strawberry,kiwi,blueberry,raspberry @ mango etc)
  8. Make ready untuk whipped cream tahan lama tak cair,gunakan whipped cream/fresh cream berasaskan lemak tumbuhan bukan lemak haiwan -non dairy(cream yang biasa digunakan untuk topping kek)
Steps to make Pavlova❤️:
  1. Sediakan putih telur dari 4 biji telur. PASTIKAN pada suhu bilik dan putih telur tidak tercampur walau setitik air dan telur kuning atau kulit telur.(PENTING)
  2. Panaskan oven pada suhu 150c. (PENTING)
  3. Sediakan bancuhan cuka,esen vanila dan tepung jagung. Bancuh dlm mangkuk sehingga menjadi campuran serbuk.
  4. Putar putih telur dgn kelajuan sederhana,bila dah berbuih terus pada kelajuan maksimum dan masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sehingga habis dansehingga mendapat MERINGUE yang bertanduk/lekat pada bekas/terbalikkan tak tumpah.(PENTING)
  5. Masukkan campuran tepung jagung yang disediakan. KAUP BALIK sahaja sehingga sekata.
  6. Sendukkan atas baking paper sama ada nak serve secara individual atau whole ATAU
  7. Masukkan dlm piping bag,potong hujung piping bag je untuk serve secara individual. Untuk saiz yang sama, pipekan dalam ring saiz yg sesuai. Keluarkan ring.
  8. Turunkan suhu oven kepada 120c dan Bakar selama 5-10 minit. Kemudian turunkan lagi suhu kepada 110c. Bakar selama 1 jam (+/-) 15 minit.
  9. Tutup suis oven. Biarkan pavlova menyejuk dalam oven dgn pintu oven diregang sedikit. Lebih kurang 30-45 minit.
  10. Pipekan whipped cream atas pavlova yg sudah sejuk. Taburkan buah2 seperti strawberry,blueberry, kiwi atau raspberry.
  11. P/s: meringue yang telah dibakar boleh disediakan lebih awal. Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara. Nak serve baru pipekan whipped cream.
  12. P/s:kalau guna telur sejuk, hasilnya bhgn dalam pavlova jadi seperti marshmallows.:patutnya luar crunchy,dalam crunchy dan lembut..bukan elastik,kenyal mcm marshmallows..kalau jadi marshmallows..sila cuba lagi..😅
