Gula pasir di masak sampai perang, bila dah perang tuang air panas..(wktu ne kena berhati² ya..)..kacau bgi gula sekata..ttup api dan tuang kan air gula tdi ke dlm loyang saiz 6/7 atau loyang yg sesuai.Ketepikan
Dalam bekas lain,satu kan telur,susu segar,susu manis,tepung kastard dan esen vanilla..Kacau bagi sebati secara perlahan²
Tapis kan ke dlm loyang yg berisi air gula karamel tadi.
Seblum itu panas kan oven..Suhu ikut jenis oven sendiri..Dan sedia kan sebiji loyang yg lebih besar sedikit dri loyang yg berisi puding karamel tdi atau pun tray…masukkan loyang yg berisi puding tdi kedlm loyang/tray…Tuangkan air panas dan bakar selama 35 -40 minit.. Oven sy guna suhu 160c..api atas bawah 10 minit dan seterus nya sy guna api bawah saja.
Bila dah masak,sejukkan sepenuh nya seblum di terbalikkan ke dlm pinggan dan dipotong..
Puding Karamel sedia di hidang kan..
