Uli semua bahan kecuali garam dan marjerin hingga menjadi doh kasar.
Tambahkan marjerin dan garam. Uli lagi sehingga elastik.
Bahagikan doh kepada 65g setiap satu. Rounding dan letak dalam cup saiz 15 cm.
Tunggu doh kembang 2x@3x ganda 1-2 jam. Spray dengan air.
Bakar suhu 180°c selama 10 minit.
Dah masak sejukkan atas redai. Potong permukaan roti kepada beberapa bahagian. Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara. Ketepikan dulu.
Buat cream cheese pula, satukan cheddar cheese dan gula. Mix hingga halus gebu. Tambahkan whipping cream, putar lagi hingga sebati. Ketepikan dulu. Tapi yang ni mai pakai blender je. 😜
Buat pula garlic sauce untuk celup roti pula. Campur semua bahan. Whisk sahaja hingga sebati.
Celup roti dalam garlic dipping sauce. Susun elok-elok atas redai.
Paipkan cream cheese di setiap celah roti yang kita dah potong tu. Parut keju cheddar di atas roti.
Bakar semula roti suhu 170°c selama 10-15 minit.
