  2. Gaulkan tepung, black pepper dan sedikit serbuk kari atau serbuk chili kalau nak rasa pedas. (takpun beli je tepung bestari yang flavour pedas)
  3. Panaskan Kuali, pecah kan telur dan pukul telur tadi. Setelah itu masukan cendawan yang dah dileraikan gaul kedalam telur kemudian salut pulak bersama tepung. Ulang sampai habis
  4. Goreng cendawan tadi kedalam minyak dengan api sederhana, kemudian masukan daun kari. Agak-agak cendawan dah kekuningan bolehlah angkat. Jangan Goreng sampai hangus ya 🤭. Toskan minyak, susun kat pinggan dan bolehlah di hidang😊 makan pulak bersama sos Thai 😋😋. Selamat mencuba
