  4. Pindahkan doh Kedalam mangkuk,dan biarkan sejuk (suhu ruang).Masukan telur sebutir demi sebutir sambil terus di Kacau hingga adunan sebati dan licin/kilat. Masukan adunan Kedalam piping bag, dan masukan nozzle.
  5. Paipkan di atas loyang yang di lapikkan dengan Parchment Paper, celupkan jari telunjuk kedalam air dan tekan sedikit bahagian hujungnya.
  6. Panaskkan Oven Selama 15 Minit dengan Suhu 180 darjah celcius. Bakar Choux Selama 12-15 Minit (Sesuaikan dengan Oven) Angkat dan Letakan di atas redai.
  7. Ambil sekeping Kulit Eclair,belah 2,kemudian paipkan Raspberry Cream dan letakan Raspberry Jem/Raspberry Sauce,Tutup dan celupkan Éclair kedalam strawberry coklat leleh,dan letakan di atas redai, biarkan sampai ia mengeras. Kemudian hias Éclair mengikut kreativiti masing-masing. Sejukkan terlebih dahulu sebelum di hidangkan.
