  1. Sapu sedikit minyak zaitun pada permukaan pan. Susunkan sayur-sayuran. Grill sehingga garing kedua2 belah. Renjis sedikit minyak zaitun lagi jika perlu.
  2. Tambahkan sedikit sos tiram. Kacau rata dan sedia dihidang. Makan panas2 mmg sgt sedap😋.
  3. P/s: boleh juga grilled sekali kepingan isi ayam yg nipis atau udang. Tapi harini uchu tak letak sebab takde.✌️
