Sementara menunggu adunan utk inti sejuk, kita terus potong kulit pastry kepada 6 @ 9 bahagian, ikut saiz acuan, masukkan kedalam mangkuk tart alumunium
Siap semua bahagian kulit, beralih kepada inti semula.
Adunan inti yg sudah sejuk tadi masukkan telor dan kacau menggunakan whisk hingga rata.
Masukkan adunan inti kedalam acuan tart yg sudah dilapisi kulit pastry. Bakar pada suhu 200° selama 35 minit atau sehingga kulit pastry berubah keperang perangan
