~masukkan air air sedikit demi sedikit.. adunan memang sedikit rapuh.. tapi bole ditempa..
~canaikan adunan nipis kemudian bubuh didalam loyang..kemaskan.
~diamkan didalam peti sejuk selama 30 minit - 1 jam..
Untuk Filling - ~didalam mangkuk adunan.. masukkan 3 biji telur dan juga kuning telur..sebatikan..
~didalam mangkuk yang lain.. pukul putih telur hingga kembang..
~masukkan putih telur kedalam campuran telur tadi.. dan gaul hingga sebati.. jangan risau bila putih telur terapung dibahagian atas.. memang begitu keadaannya..
~kemudian tuangkan adunan kedalam kulit pie tadi..
~bole la dibakar pada suhu 170' selama 50 minit - 1 jam pada rak paling bawah api atas bawah…
~cucuk dengan lidi untuk memastikan sama ada ia dah masak @ belum..
~jika belum tambahkan sedikit masa lagi..
