  5. ~diamkan didalam peti sejuk selama 30 minit - 1 jam..
  6. Untuk Filling - ~didalam mangkuk adunan.. masukkan 3 biji telur dan juga kuning telur..sebatikan..
  7. ~masukkan susu pekat.. sebatikan lagi..
  8. ~masukkan esen vanila..
  9. ~masukkan susu cair juga whipping cream.. sebatikan.. (pukul guna whisk je)
  10. ~didalam mangkuk yang lain.. pukul putih telur hingga kembang..
  11. ~masukkan putih telur kedalam campuran telur tadi.. dan gaul hingga sebati.. jangan risau bila putih telur terapung dibahagian atas.. memang begitu keadaannya..
  12. ~kemudian tuangkan adunan kedalam kulit pie tadi..
  13. ~bole la dibakar pada suhu 170' selama 50 minit - 1 jam pada rak paling bawah api atas bawah…
