(Shell Tart/Crust) Pukul butter, gula, telur & esen vanila hingga sebati. Masukkan tepung2 & uli hingga menjadi doh. Wrapkan dgn plastik & simpan di dlm peti ais 1/2 jam
Sapu loyang tart dgn butter. Canai doh, jangan terlalu nipis @ tebal. Tekankan pada loyang hingga kemas. Boleh juga guna acuan tart kecil @ bekas aluminium. Ketepikan dulu
(Inti) Kacau semua bahan2 hingga gula larut & tapiskan
Tuang ke dlm shell hingga hampir penuh.
Bakar pada suhu 160β’c selama 1 jam @ hingga masak. Jika guna acuan kecik, bakar selama 25-30 minit. Bergantung pada oven masing2.
Sejukkan tart dulu baru di potong
