Bersihkan ikan tenggiri. Kemudian direbuskan bersama 1 liter air sehingga mendidih. Kemudian toskan ikan. Air rebusan disimpan untuk memasak kuah laksa. 🤓Info tambahan: Laksa Johor bahan asasnya boleh menggunakan ikan kembung, ikan tenggiri atau ikan parang.
Kisarkan bahan-bahan yang perlu dikisar ditambah dengan air rebusan ikan sedikit untuk memudahkan mesin pengisar mengisar. Kemudian panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar sehingga berbau harum. Seterusnya masukkan bahan pes dan kacau sehingga terbit minyak.
