  1. Potong nipis daging dan cuci bersih.Bawang putih, halia ditumbuk.Perap daging selama sejam lagi lama lagi sedap dengan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi berserta sos tiram,kicap dan lada sulah.
  2. Masukkan daging yang diperap kedalam kuali masak hingga kering air daging.
  3. Kemudian masukkan capsicum,brokoli,jagung muda,bawang dan cendawan shitake.Boleh masukkan air jika ingin berkuah.Perasakan dgn garam dan secukup rasa.
