  2. Make ready 1 paket yis segera

  6. Take 1/4 sudu teh garam halus
  7. Make ready 1 cawan gula ising (salut pada donut)

  1. Isikan tepung gandum dalam mangkuk yg besar untuk diuli. Masukkan marjerin, garam dan susu pekat, gaul sebati.
  2. Kemudian masukkan yis dan air suam sedikit demi sedikit. Uli sehingga adunan sebati. Lagi lama uli lagi gebu donut.
  3. Biarkan 10 minit bagi adunan kembang. Ulikan lagi dan bolehlah bentuk2 kan adunan ikut suka. Biasa bentuk roda. Biarkan adunan yg dibentuk selama 10 minit sebelum goreng.
  4. Panaskan minyak masak. Bila minyak dah panas, masukkan donut tadi. Minyak jangan terlalu panas. Goreng sampai keperangan.
  5. Angkat donut yg siap digoreng dan golek2kan dalam gula ising. Siap.
