  3. Biarkan adunan naik lagi. Panaskan minyak dan shortening. Guna api kecil. Goreng donut cukup sekadar terbalikkan sekali sahaja. Jangan asyik dibalik-balik.
  4. Sejukkan donut dan boleh lah disalut dengan gula snow. Donut ni nampak sedikit kuning kerana pencahayaan waktu malam. Ye la kan sampai rumah tadi pun dah lewat.
  5. Jika ingin hendak dibuat bomboloni, cucuk dengan straw yang saiz besar tetapi jangan sampai tembus dan paipkan nutella di dalam nya.
