Kemudian gunakan acuan donut dan letakkan di atas dulang yang ditabur tepung. Tutup dengan kain, biarkan rehat dan sejuk selama 40 minit.
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Gorengkan donat atas bawah sehingga warna bertukar kepada keperangan. Dah siap boleh angkat dan toskan minyak.
