Panaskan minyak.. Tumis bahan blend tadi, agak wangi masukkan daun kari, 4 sekawan kacau sehingga naik bau dan garing
Masukkan sedikit serbuk cili, tumis sehingga garing.. Perlahankan api… Masukkan serbuk faiza… Tumis sampai kering n naik bau rempah baru masukkan air rebusan.. Jgn terlalu cair.. Kerana masak hitam perlu pekat likat… Kalau ceroi memg x cantik..
Setelah masukkan air, api sederhana ya..masukkan daging.. Masukkan sedikit pes asam jawa.. Agak2 ya jgn terlalu masam.. Masukkan gula merah.. Jangan taruk garam dahulu.. Kerana kena bubuh kicap Sebb kicap pun memg dah masin… Masukkan hilal… Ok masukkan kicap sehingga warna kari menjadi hitam.. Ingat.. Jgn masukkan garam sebelum kicap ya..
OK bila dh hitam rasa.. Ada rasa sedikit masam manis dan masin.. Kalau x masin barulah tambah garam ikut selera.. Last masukkan susu cair dan santan ya..
