Take 3 cawan air
Make ready 1 1/2 sudu kecil garam
Get 1 sudu kecil ajinomoto
Prepare 3 sudu besar gula hitam
Get Hiasan
Make ready 1/2 labu bawang holland
Get Sedikit daun bawang
Instructions to make Daging Masak Hitam:
Daging dicuci dan ditoskan. Kemudian perap dengan kicap pekat selama 1/2 jam.
Kisar bahan-bahan yg bertanda * hingga halus. Panaskan minyak goreng cili kering dan bahan kisar beserta dengan rempah tumis tadi hingga kering air nya dan kekuningan. Masukkan serbuk kurma (saya takde jadi saya tak letak tp klau letak lg sedap).
Masukkan daging, kisar buah kurma/kismis kemudian masukkan ke dalam daging tadi. Kacau rata.
Masukkan kicap Jalen, kicap Mahsuri,sos tiram dan gula hitam. Kacau rata biar sampai daging empuk.
Akhir sekali masukkan garam dan ajinomoto. Ikut suka kalau nak berkuah atau pekat tapi biasa nya tengok orang masak bagi sedikit pekat.
