3. Setelah yis kembang, masukkan ke dalam tepung dan gaul rata sehingga menjadi doh. Jika doh masih lembik, taburkan tepung sedikit sehingga doh tadi tidak melekat pada tangan. Tutupkan doh dengan plastik atau kain lembap sehingga doh mengembang selama 10 minit.
4. Setelah doh kembang, uli sebentar untuk buangkan angin sebelum dicanai. Canai dan bentukkan dengan acuan donut. Jika tiada acuan boleh juga gunakan cawan. Setelah siap ditekap, biarkan sebentar sehingga doh naik sedikit (kembang).goreng sehingga warna keperanga dan taburkan gula secukupnya.
