  2. Adunan 2, dalam mangkuk yang berasingan, masukkan pula lebihan susu dan kacau bersama butter dan yogurt.
  3. Adunan 3, dalam mangkuk yang lain juga, pukul kuning telur bersama lebihan gula yang ada.
  4. Campurkan Adunan 1, 2 & 3 sekaligus. Uli sehingga doh licin dan elastik. Tutup dan biarkan dalam suhu bilik lebih kurang 1 jam atau sehingga size menjadi 2 kali ganda.
  5. Kemudian gunakan acuan donut dan letakkan di atas dulang yang ditabur tepung. Tutup dengan kain, biarkan rehat dan sejuk selama 40 minit.
  6. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Gorengkan donat atas bawah sehingga warna bertukar kepada keperangan. Dah siap boleh angkat dan toskan minyak.
  7. Akhir sekali, bolehlah taburkan gula halus. Dah siap.
